Tim, our salesman was fantastic.
Tim, our salesman was fantastic. He was patient and thorough, not pushy. The initial experience with him was great. Things went south when the dealership left us sitting in the lobby waiting on the finance mgr for at least 1 .5 hours after we made the purchase decision. We walked out after another family was taken ahead of us despite having been told that we were next. The purchase order that we were provided (which was needed to secure outside financing) was incorrect, so it couldn't be sent to our creditor. I called early Monday morning and spoke with Tim who recognized that the info on the purchase order was incorrect. Tim assured me that he would send over the corrected document as soon as he finished a mtg. We waited hours for the corrected purchase order to be emailed. Instead of sending the document, Finance manager Naz Zaiden called me and apologized for the wait the day before and repeatedly stated that it wasnt his fault. Naz prolonged the process unnecessarily, keeping me on the phone so he could attempt to sell me additional warranty coverage. He refused to supply his offer in writing via email so that my husband and I could review and discuss it. Instead, he insisted that he be able to speak with my husband by phone to give the offer. I gave my my husband's contact information and he said that he would call when we hung up. Naz never called my husband and never sent the corrected purchase order to our creditor. It took repated emails and two additional hours to receive the purchase order. As it was now the end of business for our creditor, this delayed final approval of our loan and issuance of the cashiers check to make the purchase. Once again on the day of pickup, we were left sitting in the waiting area for well over an hour despite multiple phone calls and text messages in advance to coordinate pickup. Despite our efforts, lack of communication at the dealership left us waiting because Naz did not even know that we'd arrived. Finally, Naz tried to convince us that the written arbitration agreement that the dealership has you sign isn't actually forfeitting the right to pursue legal action through the courts. He spent a good 20 minutes arguing that the document doesn't mean what it states very clearly. Then this older man came in and confirmed that our understanding was correct. There was more drama with Naz but this review is already too long. Bottom line: Naz will literally say anything to upcharge you with additional warranty coverage and get you to sign documents that may not be in your best interest. He is the epitome of the "sleezy car salesman" except that he's a finance manager.

Deceptive Out-of-State Buying Experience – Poor
Deceptive Out-of-State Buying Experience – Poor Transparency & Accountability In May 2025, I began the process of purchasing a 2022 Cadillac Escalade from Webb Chevrolet in Oak Lawn, IL, remotely from Texas. I’ve bought from other out-of-state dealers before and had smooth, transparent experiences. Unfortunately, this was the only one that left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. The sale dragged on due to delays in the finance office, and I didn’t officially complete the purchase until June 2025. I picked up the vehicle on June 21, 2025, after spending several hours at the dealership. My contacts were Nas Zaiden (Finance Manager) and John Hickey (Product Specialist). Despite being there in person, no one offered a walk-around, disclosed any issues, or mentioned missing components. I was simply handed one key fob with no explanation. After I returned home, I discovered: • A cracked rear entertainment screen • A gas tank door that doesn’t open • Missing grille components • No cold-weather diesel plug or cable • Only one key fob, requiring costly replacement While I was still at the dealership, I had to personally point out rear fender damage while the vehicle was in the service lane for a check engine light and dead battery issue — neither of which were disclosed before delivery. The only photos I received prior to pickup were from John Hickey. While they looked clean and professional, they conveniently avoided showing key problem areas, including the damaged fender, the malfunctioning fuel door, the missing grille trim, and the cracked rear screen. In hindsight, these omissions do not feel accidental. I emailed Tim, the General Manager, on June 23, giving him the opportunity to address the issues. He initially replied, saying he’d review the inspection report. After that, he never followed up. In his final message, dated June 26, he said: “While it’s never our goal for a customer to leave dissatisfied, the value and cost of this pre-owned 2022 Escalade in Oak Lawn, IL, likely influenced your decision compared to similar vehicles available closer to your home in Sanger, Texas.” Instead of taking accountability, the blame was placed on price — as if that excuses cutting corners and withholding information. Yes, the vehicle was sold “as-is,” but that doesn’t eliminate a dealership’s legal responsibility to disclose known defects — especially to an out-of-state buyer with no fair chance to inspect the vehicle before purchase. As of July 11, 2025, after giving the dealership every opportunity to respond professionally, I’ve filed formal complaints with both the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Illinois Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. I encourage others who’ve experienced similar treatment to do the same. — Eric Salazar

Whatever you guys do. Do not get your oil changes there. first, they overfill the oil. Then I have to go back another day so they can tell me that my oil is fine, which I know it’s not. It is overfilled by a quart or more and according to the technician, it’s better to have a extra oil There’s a dipstick for a reason. And of course they did not do anything about it. Won’t be going back. I’ll pick another dealership for oil changes. Definitely it won’t be going back there.

First, they pulled my credit during my first visit, which I was okay with, but then they continued to run multiple credit checks without my permission, even after I had already secured financing with my own bank. • They gave me a car that was not the one I requested. . When Ir returned .o exchange it, they forced me use theif bank instead of xO my bank and secretly changed my loan from 72 months 75 months, increasing my total interest cost. ◦ When I confronted them, they refused to admit any wrongdoing and simply said 'you signed it." Owning a service company, I've bought dozens of trucks for my company. Webb Chevy was the WORST. Even though I said "NO" over 10n times, I was still being pressured to buy the 6K extended warranty. In doing so, they insulted my intelligence, tried to make me feel stupid and made the closing over 3 hours long. STAY AWAY FROM WEBB....

We live in Indiana and drove to this dealership after researching multiple places. Wagner made the process so easy and enjoyable! Due to the distance, we arrived later in the evening and we never once felt like we were keeping anyone there too long. Once everything was finalized, Wagner, made sure we got everything we needed and waited outside for us to clear out the car we traded in. The next day, he called to make sure we made the long drive home OK since it was so late. He made us feel welcome and cared about. Johnny Westbrook was also extremely kind and helpful thrpughout the whole process. He made it all so simple and explained things thoroughly. 10/10 would recommend!
