The new 2019 Blazer is designed to provide you with a fun and engaging driving experience regardless of where your travels take you. The standard engine is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 193-horsepower while still achieving an estimated 27 mpg on the highway, making it great for travelling from Bridgeview into Chicago. The other engine is a more powerful 3.6-liter V6 engine that produces 305-horsepower without sacrificing much fuel economy. Front-wheel drive comes standard but all-wheel drive capability is available on all V6 models, giving you the power and ability to take on even the worst Illinois weather with confidence and ease. Furthermore, all-wheel drive equipped models also feature a driver mode control, allowing you to choose from driving modes like: Tour, All-Wheel Drive, Sport Mode, Off-Road, and Tow/Haul. Both engines are paired with a smooth and responsive nine-speed automatic transmission, that features a twin-clutch design on all-wheel drive models. When properly equipped, the Blazer can tow up to 4,500 pounds.
