I wasn't expecting to buy a car, but it was the right choice for me. John Hickey asked me what I wanted, and I told him what I really wanted, never expecting that to happen. I was going to go for the same as what I had, which I liked, but because I spoke my mind, I now have the car I really wanted, I love it, and he and Car Joe made the whole process so easy. Everyone did great for me. I was stuck buying a new car after a deer totaled my old one and everyone worked with me. It was hard to make a commitment to a new car but Everyone was very helpful and supportive in the process. I worked with Jorge the salesperson who was very good and reading my energy, working with me, and understanding how hard this was for me.
