I dropped my car off at Webb Chevy for a diagnostic, due to my heat not working properly. I was immediately assist by Neil, who provided great service; as always. Unfortunately I was told that I would have to leave my car and Chevy would contact me as soon, as possible (everything was great). I received a call and it was explained that I would have to have extensive work completed on my car I was left with no choice but to rent a vehicle from enterprise. The problem came; when on the second day I called to get a status on my vehicle. The clerk told me the vehicle would be ready for pickup by 5pm that night. Immediately the next morning I had to drop the rental vehicle off at enterprise and pickup my vehicle from Webb Chevy. When I arrived I was instructed that my vehicle was not ready, which was a major inconvenience because I had to miss a couple hours of work. At this point I was also told that it would be ready the same afternoon (it was ready), but I knew I could not make it back until the following morning, which caused me to miss some additional hours at work. All together I received good service, but I was a little disappoint because of the huge inconvenience on my job, which could have been avoided if the proper information was provided.
