Greeted promptly - the man listened to me and understood that I wanted to be out of there by a certain time and he came through! Also, I had mychevyrewards that I had never used. This is an area this dealership could do just a bit better. It seemed like everyone was NOT on the same page. Everyone was super helpful and we did get my reward redeemed and applied to my bill and in turn, I now know how to make it easier on them next time.
