The customer service staff member was a white male and I felt that he treated me differently because I was an African-American woman. Answers to my questions were short and curt. No smile and not friendly at all. The car wash was poor in that the staff threw water on the Tahoe and did not have the decency to wipe it down dry. However, the person who sold me my two cars was the reason why I love Chevy and the quality of the vehicles. It is interesting but he was Hispanic and was very personable. My husband and I really liked working with him and unfortunately, the day we came in to service my vehicle he was not there.
