My overall service visit went pretty well until it was time for me to get a ride back to the OakLawn location to pick up my vehicle. I really appreciate the fact that I could get a ride to pick up my car since it was down most of the day. I think they forgot about me, I made a call later about 6:30pm and no one was aware that I needed to be picked up. Well, the Service Supr at that time fixed it and someone was sent to pick me up and my car was ready when I got there.
