I had my 2016 equinox towed in to be repaired and i dealt with Joshua, one of the service techs and he said he would contact me when they put my car on the diagnostic machine. Well Joshua called me about 2 hours later and told me it was the timing chain and fuel pump that went out. He said it would probably take around 5 days for it to be repaired, anyway Joshua calls me the next day and tells me my car is all finished. I was happy and amazed he got it done that fast. Joshua was very pleasant to deal with and very honest. My only issue was and it wasn't Joshua's fault, when i picked up my vehicle, it wasnt washed and i thought that they would've ran it thru the car wash before handing me the keys. Besides that, i would recommend Webb Chevrolet to anyone who wants to purchase a chevy and tell them that Webb is a honest establishment and have very good mechanics.
