I had the greatest experience with my car purchase on 06/19 Juneteenth. It begin with Marcus Greene making the credit process fast and smooth, then Timothy Henry completing the process. He was very detailed in explaining everything to me and he took his time with explaining the features of my car in great detail and even offered to schedule an appointment if I didn’t understand everything. The last employee i believe the finance manager was detailed as well and educated me on each additional cost if I added it to my plan and was very patient. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership, it felt like family walking in there and leaving with a smile on my face because I didn’t feel like I was cheated out of my money or time. It was over joyed with my purchase.
