Ben and Deidra were amazing and very communicative and supportive. Was a little disappointed at not getting the free EV charger only due to upfront cost but Ben got the best price possible for me and assured me everything was great with all my request and even provided a new charging cable. I brought my truck to the dealership for service due to a coolant smell and a leak underneath. While there, I ran into Nas from finance, who remembered me from the purchase of my truck and our recent purchase of a Traverse, and he introduced me to Service Manager Sean Drane. My 22 Chevy Trailblazer won't conscientiously function between a phone call and the radio. I've brought the Trailblazer in a couple of times but Webb couldn't solve the issue. I checked AI for a solution but Webb didn't accept AI's solution. I want to say a shout out to Kevin and Naz for helping out my dad getting truck. They were very helpful and help us get a good deal on it. My old man super happy on getting it.
Service rep and writer were good, pleasant and helpful. Good listeners. The major negative was that it took 3 hours to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I was the first in line at 7AM and wouldn't have expected such a lengthy wait. Finally, after service was completed, my car was left unlocked with the keys in the car and easily found outside the doo. I would have expected to have the keys handed to me with a closing summary. I don't think that would have been too much to ask.
No issues, made it very easy, I already knew what I wanted. Dexter the sales person helped me along with a smooth process. All staff I dealt with, very good customer service. Thumbs up!

Just purchased my 27 traverse from Webb Chevy. I must say this has been the smoothest process with purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced. Recently went in to see a used car listed on their website and Dexter helped us out. Nice to work with, not high pressure, didn’t try to upsell us even though there was a more expensive similar car on the lot. We ended up buying the car, and had left without checking a couple things. When we followed up a couple days later, he was very helpful and he resolved the forgotten items which we appreciated.

Hello to be honest I was disappointed at first , made promises and didn't come through, but Dylan called several days later and promises the vehicle was there, so I got Webb Chevy a second chance and Dylan and Adam came through and now I'm Happy
The whole process was very easy. Came in for an oil change felt very welcome when I arrived. They showed me a video of how the whole underside of the car was and if anything needed to be fixed. They let me know of any need for repairs and checking out was as easy as everything else was. The staff is very Informative and friendly. Definitely a five star rating.
