I took my vehicle to Webb Chevrolet to for several inspections. Josh Campbell was my service advisor. Josh called me the same day and gave an update on what work was required based on the individual inspections. I informed Josh to proceed with the work. This was my first time working with Webb Chevrolet. The work was completed on time and within my budget. I would highly recommend Webb Chevrolet for your automotive needs. I had a great experience at Webb Chevy Oak Lawn! I appreciate that I could speak to a representative prior to arriving. Once I arrived I was immediately taken care of. I did work at a nearby cafe while my car was serviced. I received a call and text when my car was ready. Not only was my car serviced for routine maintenance but I also got my tire patched up. I will definitely be back.

I purchased a used vehicle. The experience was somewhat okay. I spent 5 hours for the entire process of purchasing the vehicle. The salesman and financial person were okay. But I feel the vehicle will be a reliable fit for some years.

The replacement of the purge valve is an honest repair. It has been two days since the valve was replaced and the 2020 Impala continues to run well with no DTCs. The mechanic sent a video to my computer describing the condition of other systems, i.e. brakes and tires. I am very pleased with the repair.
Customer service was wonderful. From start to finish. I was kept informed of the progress, and was given options for the repairs. Also, my front desk person was so friendly and professional.
Josh was fantastic. This was our first visit. We ate breakfast at a local restaurant. Josh arranged for us to get a courtesy ride to the restaurant. The staff was friendly and professional. We will be back.
I can’t say enough about Webb, from purchase to first oil change everyone has been so helpful. They are like family. When I had an issue, they addressed it professionally and quickly.
