🚨 WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I don’t even know where to begin — this dealership is a disgrace to the auto industry. What happened to me is beyond unacceptable. It’s shady, predatory, and flat-out disgusting. I bought a 2025 Corvette C8 with 10 miles on it from Webb Chevy just two months ago. Then, after a sudden drop in my credit score — due to the federal government ending student loan forgiveness — they called me consistently for 3 straight days, demanding I return the car or find a cosigner. Out of respect, I did what they asked. I returned the car on May 2 — no argument, no problem. They told me I’d be getting a refund via check. It’s now May 15 — almost TWO WEEKS later — and I’ve received nothing. No check. No call. No update. No acknowledgment that I even exist. But here’s the kicker: before I returned the car, I was getting multiple calls per day. Suddenly, now that they have the car back and owe me money, they’ve completely vanished. I’ve called daily — and every time, I get stuck with the same front desk lady who is absolutely useless and has no clue what’s going on. Every time I ask to speak to Roberto (the guy who used to blow up my phone when they wanted the car back), I get transferred to voicemail — every single time. I’ve left voicemail after voicemail. Not one reply. Not one “we’re working on it.” Just silence. This isn’t a mistake. This is intentional. And let’s not pretend the original experience was any better. From the second I walked in the door, I was treated like I didn’t belong. They told me I couldn’t even test drive the car unless I agreed to a credit check. I told them flat-out I was serious, and I didn’t need a credit check just to test drive. To which they then agreed to let me drive it. Then came the six-hour circus. I was shuffled around from a salesperson to manager to finance guy to God knows who else, and Jorge tried to pressure me into add-ons that had nothing to do with the car. It was one pushy upsell after another. After five and a half hours of sitting there, we finally agreed on numbers — and just before signing, they suddenly say, “Oops, we forgot to include tax,” and my monthly payment was actually around $250 more than what we originally agreed upon. That’s after a full day of back-and-forth. Complete bait-and-switch. And now the final insult: they let me drive the car for almost TWO MONTHS, only to come back and say I “never really owned it” and need to return it? How does that even make legal or logical sense? This has been the most frustrating, shady, and infuriating business experience of my life — and I’ve never written a negative review until now. I bought a car worth over $70,000, something they put in the front showroom, and they treated me like trash every step of the way. If this is how they treat customers buying their most expensive inventory, imagine how they treat everyone else. This place is not just incompetent — they’re deceptive. They’ll chase you relentlessly when they want something from you, then completely disappear when they owe you. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. EVER. To the dealership — and especially Roberto and Jorge: You know who I am. You know my number. I returned your car on May 2. It is May 15th. Call me. Send my refund. Make this right. Or this review stays up forever — and I’ll make sure everyone sees it.

Addendum to my previous Dec 4 Review. After going thru the paperwork that Roberto gave me a closing Dec 2, I found I was missing Numerous items. I now have spent a full month having Connor track them down and send them to me. Also, General Manager, Tim Gehr, did not respond to my repeated emails and phone calls asking for his help. Service was good but you can improve on obtaining parts
Service was good but you can improve on obtaining parts (new transmission), it took 4 days. My father was a GM employee and said that could have been improved. Also when I received the car back there was oil at the front hood that looks like it dripped down to bumper & oil smudge on driver side door & back passenger door.

I had my vehicle towed to Webb Chevrolet on the 12 of
I had my vehicle towed to Webb Chevrolet on the 12 of October 2022 for service. My vehicle had stopped, and would not start. The reason I had it towed to Webb Chevrolet because it was the closest Chevrolet dealership. I have a extended no deductible warranty though Chevrolet, I purchased it new. The service guy name was Kevin. He said a diagnostic check would be $179.00 l told him of my extended warranty through Chevrolet. After a technician checked my vehicle Kevin said that it needed a new alternator because the the alternator was bad. Kevin claimed that he called warranty company and he said that they said that they would not pay for the entire cost of the work to be performed on my vehicle. I told him that’s odd because I’ve had to take my vehicle to Phillips Chevrolet before for service and everything was covered 100% just as the warranty states. The reason I took it to Webb Chevrolet was because I had to have it towed and as I’ve stated earlier Webb Chevrolet was the closest dealership, if I could have drove it I would have taken it to Phillips Chevrolet. When I made the appointment I told the person making the appointment that I had a extended warranty though Chevrolet, she said that’s fine everything would be covered no problem. If I was told before making the appointment and having my vehicle towed to Webb Chevrolet that it would not or maybe would not be covered by my warranty I would have it towed to Phillips Chevrolet. Also I didn’t get my survey. I waited a few days and still nothing. I called Webb Chevrolet and asked to speak to the manager of the store. I was told the manager was not available. I called several times and was told each time the manager wasn’t available. On Saturday the 15th of October I went to Webb Chevrolet. I was still told that the manager was not available. Finally the manager came to the front desk where I was waiting. The manager said his name was Tim. I explained everything to him. He said that he would make sure that I got my survey. I will never use Webb Chevrolet for anything again, this was a terrible experience.
