Switching From Another Brand? You Might Qualify for Conquest Cash

October 12th, 2026 by

If your driveway currently has a non-Chevy in it, that alone could be worth money toward your next vehicle — GM runs conquest incentives specifically to win over competitive-brand owners.

Conquest incentives target customers currently owning or leasing a vehicle from a competing brand who are making the switch to Chevrolet. Which brands count as “competitive,” which Chevy models qualify, and how much the offer is worth all vary by the specific program running at the time.

Expect to show proof of current ownership or lease on the competitive vehicle, and watch for added conditions some programs attach — a minimum ownership period, for instance, or a requirement that the vehicle be registered in your name or your household’s. As with other incentive categories here, conquest offers don’t automatically combine with everything else, so the real total only comes out once we check your specific situation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I eligible for the conquest rebate?

Conquest incentives are designed for customers who currently own or lease a vehicle from a competing brand and are switching to Chevrolet. Eligible competitive brands, qualifying Chevrolet models and offer amounts can vary by program.

Does a conquest offer apply if I’m leasing the competitor vehicle, not owning it?

Many conquest programs cover both owned and leased competitive vehicles — bring your documentation and we’ll confirm.

Which brands typically qualify as “competitive”?

This changes by program period — ask us to confirm your specific vehicle’s eligibility rather than assuming.

Can conquest cash combine with a trade-in value on that same vehicle?

Trade-in value is calculated separately and generally applies on top of any conquest incentive.

If you’re currently driving something other than a Chevy, bring your registration or lease paperwork and we’ll check what conquest offer might apply.
